Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet are officially divorced. A Los Angeles County judge finalized the dissolution of their marriage, which took effect on Tuesday.

Bonet, whose legal name is Lilakoi Moon, filed for divorce in January, even though the couple had already been separated for years. The divorce documents indicate the separation date as October 7, 2020, over three years prior. The couple publicly announced their separation in 2022.

The divorce process was swift and amicable, with no disputes. Both parties agreed on how to split their assets, and neither will receive financial support from the other. They will share joint custody of their two children: a 16-year-old daughter and a 15-year-old son.

Momoa, 44, is renowned for his roles in the “Aquaman” movies and “Game of Thrones.” Bonet, 56, gained fame from “The Cosby Show,” its spinoff “A Different World,” and the films “High Fidelity” and “Enemy of the State.”

This marks the first marriage for Momoa, who is currently dating actor Adria Arjona, known for her roles in “Hit Man” and “Father of the Bride.”

For Bonet, this was her second marriage. She was previously married to rocker Lenny Kravitz and shares another daughter, actor Zoë Kravitz, with him.

The divorce of Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet ends their seven-year marriage and a 12-year partnership. Despite the separation, both actors continue to thrive in their respective careers and personal lives, maintaining a focus on co-parenting their children.
